When you send an enquiry
The enquiry forms ask for your name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp details, project type and message. We use that information to respond, understand the potential project and suggest an appropriate next step. Forms are processed through Netlify Forms. Please do not include passwords, financial information, health information or other sensitive personal data in the message.
Optional website measurement
Google Analytics 4 is configured on the production website to help us understand visits, service and project interest, and enquiry interactions. Its tag loads only after you allow analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. Our custom analytics events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers or enquiry messages. Analytics may still process technical browser, device and network information.
You can reject optional analytics or change your choice through Privacy settings in the footer. A browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal disables optional measurement on this site. Withdrawing permission refreshes the page to stop a running tag; unsent form text is cleared, as explained in the settings dialog.
Microsoft Clarity is not enabled in this configuration. No Clarity heatmaps or session recordings are collected.
Technical requests
Like most websites, the hosting and content-delivery services receive standard technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages and timestamps. The site also requests its display fonts from Google Fonts.
Retention and access
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active project, maintain necessary business records and meet applicable obligations, after which it should be deleted or anonymised. Optional measurement providers apply the retention settings configured in their respective accounts.
To ask about information submitted through this website, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, use the contact form and write “Privacy request” at the beginning of the message.
