When you send an enquiry
The enquiry forms ask for your name, email address, optional phone details and country/calling code, project type and message. We use that information to respond, understand the potential project and suggest an appropriate next step. Forms are processed through Netlify Forms. Please do not include passwords, financial information, health information or other sensitive personal data in the message.
The phone selector uses a country-level estimate provided by our host, Netlify, to suggest a calling code. You can change it. This helper does not ask for device-location permission, call a third-party geolocation service or store your country choice in cookies or browser storage. If the estimate is unavailable, we use an explicit region in your browser language settings when available; otherwise you can choose a code manually.
Spam protection
The enquiry forms use Google reCAPTCHA v2 to help prevent automated spam. The check loads when you interact with an enquiry form or ask to load the security check, rather than on initial page load. Google may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information and interactions with the check, and may use cookies. Netlify verifies the response before accepting the form.
This security check is separate from optional analytics: rejecting analytics does not disable it. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. You can contact hello@deesignstudio.com directly instead of using reCAPTCHA.
Necessary functions and your choice
Website delivery, security and processing an enquiry do not depend on optional analytics. When you save a privacy choice, this website stores that preference in your browser for up to 180 days. When storage is blocked, optional analytics stays off. The decorative opening animation does not save a browser-storage record.
Enquiries include a reference to help identify the request. If sending fails, the entries remain on the page. Enquiry text is not saved in local browser storage by this website.
Optional website measurement
Google Analytics 4 is configured on the production website to help us understand visits, service and project interest, and enquiry interactions. Its tag loads only after you allow analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. Our custom analytics events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers or enquiry messages. Analytics may still process technical browser, device and network information.
You can reject optional analytics or change your choice through Privacy settings in the footer. A browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal disables optional measurement on this site. Withdrawing permission refreshes the page to stop a running tag; unsent form text is cleared, as explained in the settings dialog.
Microsoft Clarity is not enabled in this configuration. No Clarity heatmaps or session recordings are collected.
Technical requests
Like most websites, the hosting and content-delivery services receive standard technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages and timestamps. The site also requests its display fonts from Google Fonts, including before an analytics choice is made. Those font requests disclose technical request information to Google; the analytics controls do not block font delivery. This separate font-hosting choice remains under review.
Retention and access
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active project, maintain necessary business records and meet applicable obligations, after which it should be deleted or anonymised. Optional measurement providers apply the retention settings configured in their respective accounts.
